Buyers agent Nick Arsena and his broker David Chervenic fell short of following through with a purchase agreement. Long story short, I had an offer from one of Nick’s buyers who signed a contract and did an inspection on the house and then he just went MIA. As the contract stated, escrow money would be deposited after the last inspection. 3 days after inspection, we are to assume the buyer is purchasing as-is, because he didn’t give us a report. Nick kept dragging his feet trying to get in touch with this guy and he couldn’t get him on the phone or anything. There were no monies deposited......Nick and David did not do their jobs to secure their deal and produce the contract that their buyer signed, therefore I have to be out $1000 in escrow money because they can’t man up and do the right thing and return that money to me for having my house sit off the market for almost a month in prime time. I would not recommend this company to anyone!!
