Amazing staff THX BIG ROGER they where totally overwhelmed and still showed amazing customer service
Just got a set of Michelin tires for a very reasonable price and the service was just fine !!
Had 2 pm apt for simple oil change.. just left after 30 min with vehicle still sitting outside not even pulled in yet.. didn't have time for an hour oil change ... is why I made appointment. normally pretty good there
UPDATE: Around 6:15 they finished up. After talking to them, they didn’t charge me for my oil change and gave me a credit for my next one. So at least they try to make it right when things don’t go as planned. ORIGINAL: Dropped car off at 8AM for two new tires and an oil change. Said I’d be back after work around 4:30. It’s 5:30 and my car still isn’t done but at least they pulled it in the garage. Not so much as a courtesy call to let me know my car had not even been started... The last thing you want to do after a long day is sit around for your car for over an hour.
Manager Roger was very nice and helpful. Amber the mechanic stormed out to get the car , then threw the keys at the manager when the car was done. Geez. Not good. Sorry I bothered her.
